About the role

The Systems Support Analyst role is a key contact for internal Web Application development using Codeless web tools such as AppSheet, in a Google environment supporting Corporate Information Management (CIM), Customer Relationship Management Platform (Dynamics CRM), Integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Providing Corporate Systems and Web applications support to users across the
  business to ensure business continuity
• Carrying out Corporate Systems or Web Applications upgrades, updates and maintenance working closely with users and vendors to ensure application stability
• Directing and training users in software functionality and use, including developing user guides
• Providing advice, documentation and monitors the development and maintenance of functional business process procedures
• Providing advice and maintaining plans for the future business system capability for SCC
• Coaching and mentoring junior ICT team members

The position is based at the Corporate Office, however the successful candidate may be required to travel to other Southern Cross Care sites (fleet cars are available). Some out of hours work may also be required.

About you

The successful candidate will possess the following;

• Knowledge of large-scale and complex application environments with technically diverse users
• Experience in developing and supporting Codeless Web Applications
• Strong SQL Skills, with ability to create or maintain complex SQL scripting, maintain the management of database environments or data integrations
• Exceptional problem solving skills with a strong commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers
• Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely as well as good oral presentation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills and the ability to use Google G-Suite applications; Docs, Sheets, Sites, etc
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology - desirable
• Applicants with an understanding of Python and Linux will be highly regarded
